All Moo2me orders are shipped from our studio in Amsterdam Noord, the Netherlands. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us at ![]()
1. Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, please allow 1–5 business days for us to prepare, package, and hand over your order to the carrier. Jewellery is made in small batches and with Love and care — we appreciate your patience.
Orders placed over the weekend or on Dutch public holidays will be processed from the next business day.
During busy periods (such as December or around holidays) processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays on the website and by email.
2. Bespoke & Commission Orders
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces — including custom wedding rings and commissioned work — have their own timelines agreed individually at the time of commission. These are separate from the standard processing times above and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Carrier
We ship with PostNL. All orders are sent with tracking as standard. For higher-value orders we may use a signed-for or insured service — if so, we will let you know before dispatch.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Transit times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and are provided by PostNL. They are not guaranteed — delays can occur due to customs, public holidays, or carrier capacity.

These are transit times only — add your processing time (section 1) for a full estimated arrival window.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before confirming your purchase — there are no hidden shipping fees.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your PostNL tracking number. You can track your package directly at www.postnl.nl or via the PostNL app.
If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.
7. Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full street address.
8. International Orders & Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of international shipments on customs documentation. We cannot mark packages as gifts or understate their value.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure about applicable fees. We are not able to refund original shipping costs if a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (within the EU) or 20 business days (rest of world), please contact us and we will investigate with PostNL on your behalf.
Under EU consumer law, the risk for goods in transit passes to you upon delivery. Until then, we are responsible for the shipment. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
